Event Terms & Conditions
Event Ticket Purchases:
Your place at the event is only confirmed once payment is finalised via Samcart or Eventbrite. Entry to any event may be refused if the Customer has not paid for the event in advance.
Acceptance of Booking:
Once confirmation of booking is provided by Fusion Biz Co it is an acceptance by both parties of these Terms & Conditions to the exclusion of any terms and conditions imposed by the Customer.
Ticket Prices:
Ticket Prices are subject to change and Fusion Biz Co will inform you accordingly if there is a change in Ticket Price. The Customer must pay the Ticket Price for an event and any applicable GST.
Invoices:
Fusion Biz Co can issue an invoice for payment of event tickets if you email hello@fusionbizco.com.au, although payment must be received 2 days before the event date otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
Associated credit card fees will be charged at the discretion of Fusion Biz Co.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All tickets are non-refundable, however you may nominate someone else to use your ticket.
Any name changes must be in writing to hello@fusionbizco.com.au and will only be accepted if received at a minimum of 2 working days prior to the event date.
In the unlikely case that an event is cancelled or postponed by Fusion Biz Co, the Customer will be refunded or may credit the ticket price towards another event.
Force Majeure Event:
In the case of Coronavirus, if the Customer has purchased a ticket and is no longer able to attend due to illness or self-isolation, we will either provide a credit to a future event or a full refund, provided they can provide a medical certificate or proof of isolation requirement, and provided they give minimum 12 hours notice to hello@fusionbizco.com.au
If the Customer cancels in the 12 hour period before the event start time, they will need to present their case to hello@fusionbizco.com.au
Fusion Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal document that is an agreement between you and Fusion Biz Co. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you register as a Fusion Member, you agree that these Terms and Conditions will govern your membership.
Terminology
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fusion Biz co. The term the “Service” or “Membership” refers to the Fusion Membership. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members and any other users of the site.
Fusion Membership Entitlements
As a Fusion member you will be entitled to the following:
- Priority access to Fusion Biz Co events
- Discounts to public Fusion Biz Co events
- Access to the Fusion member facebook group
- Opportunities to be featured (where appropriate)
Duration of Membership
Fusion Biz Co. reserves the right to terminate the Service, and or access to certain features of the Service, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.Lifetime Access is for the lifetime of the Service. If for any reason, Fusion Biz Co. should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Service terminates.
You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against Fusion Biz Co. in the unlikely case that Fusion Biz Co. should dissolve or cease to exist.
When you join Fusion Biz Co, upon payment of your one-off joining fee, you will receive access to the community for the lifetime of the Service.
• No partial refunds are given should you choose to remove yourself from the Fusion membership.
• Membership cannot be transferred to another person.
• Should you no longer wish to be a Fusion member, simply unsubscribe from any email communications and remove yourself from the Facebook group.
Community Management
As a feature of the membership, Fusion Biz Co. provides access to a community social media platform. Fusion Biz Co. is not required to provide a community platform, and has complete discretion with regards to the platform, and the nature of the interaction.
You agree that your use of this social media community platform is a privilege and Fusion Biz Co. may limit or deny access to these platforms for misconduct that includes but is not limited to being inappropriate, rude, violent, or threatening. Fusion Biz Co. will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to you with regards to inappropriate or unapproved content that you have placed within the voluntarily provided community and social media platform. Fusion Biz Co. is not required to provide notice, and reserves all rights to take immediate and appropriate action to protect our brand integrity.
Intellectual Property
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Fusion Biz Co.
You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Fusion Biz Co. remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Fusion Biz Co. harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.
When you join as a member Fusion Biz Co may promote your business publicly through its channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, and Email List. If you do not wish to be publicly acknowledged as a member please email hello@fusionbizco.com.au
You consent to recordings being made of events, calls or webinars provided as part of the Service. You consent to your name, words, voice, and likeness being used by Fusion Biz Co. for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes, without compensation to you. We will make reasonable effort to secure your written permission before using and distributing recordings, print materials, audio, or visual representations that refer to you.
Change of terms
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
Third Party Resources
The Site and the Service may contain links to third party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with Fusion Biz Co. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defence, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defence without our prior written consent.
Fusion VIP Membership Terms & Conditions
Fusion VIP Entitlements
As a Fusion VIP member you will be entitled to the following:
- Access to Fusion VIP Facebook Group
- Monthly virtual VIP Round Table
- 1 x monthly VIP networking event
- VIP access and further discounts at Signature Fusion Events
- Invite to BETA test our new member portal and online connection software
- Access to our new training vault
- Member directory feature
- Access to all current Fusion fam member benefits
- Payment will be processed through a subscription software of Fusion Biz Co choice. At this time Fusion Biz Co utilises Stripe and SamCart.
- Failure to pay after three failed attempts will result in your membership being revoked. The Fusion team will be in contact if payment can not be processed.
- Membership prices may change at any time, prior notification will be given to the member.
- Unless you contact Fusion Biz Co and opt out prior to your membership auto-renewal date, your membership will be automatically renewed and payment will be deducted from the credit card originally supplied
- It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account within 30 days of your next payment should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Membership fee is not refundable and non-transferable for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
- If circumstances happen to change you will need to contact events@fusionbizco.com.au to present your case. Each refund will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Membership can not be transferred to another person.
- In the unlikely event that the system may make additional transactions and/or incorrect transactions these will refunds will be provided in full once an investigation has taken place validating the refund claims.
Community Management
